We ended up having two different people put in applications the same day, one was a militarybyowner contact and the other was from an ad we put in the paper. Dumfries, VA - Response was good. I received emails as well as phone calls. About two to three a week for the life of the ad. Given the location of the property, I consider this response o be very good. I did not rent to a contact from the web site. The current tenant, who was moving early, also was trying to find a replacement tenant and advertised in the local paper. This is where the new tenant came from. It was the owner who placed the ad, a Marine Major. Only thing I'd do differently is also place a photo of the property along with the text. Otherwise, I think the site is fantastic! As far as my experience with the site, I went online to check it out and was immediately impressed with how easy it was to navigate, and how well designed it was. I was able to get to my state, county, and ad very easily and quickly, even with a standard dial-up connection. James
