I have worked extensively with USCG for most of my career, 22 with NPS, and 7 as a Special Agent with NOAA. I have assisted with many coastal, swimming, and boat rescue with NPS, and with NOAA In the Bay Area, I have flown on coastal fisheries patrols in C130s, several types of Helicopters, RHIs, 27 footers, and Cruisers. I love USCG!
The only pets authorized are dogs. Given brand sew rugs, dogs must remain outside night time in heated and insulated dog room, inside daytime only if supervised. 1 year annual pro rug cleaning required after first year. I had new recessed lights installed in Kitchen, living room and hallway. Entire interior of house is repainted. Septic system is empty, and ample dry firewood for insert stove is on site. Back deck and front porch have been pressure washed and re-stained. Contract may be renegotiated after first year. House will be rented empty. Rental Includes 2 car garage with loft, work room and insulated and heated dog room with 24/7 dog access to fenced area.
Push/riding lawnmower may be negotiated. House newly painted interior, new lights living room, hall and kitchen. New counter tops are installed as are new rugs. No parking on lawn (Septic system). I will also be out of country Sept 16-October 2nd.
Rental in quiet neighborhood above Dungeness Spit and Bay. Frequent deer in yard, good neighbors. Area has frequent wind. Approximately 35 minute drive to USCG Air Station Port Angeles.
