Beautiful 6 BR / 6 full bath house loaded with extras in Stafford County. Great schools (walking distance to Colonial Forge High School); also in Winding Creek Elementary and Rodney Thompson Middle School districts.

Five bedrooms on top floor, including an enormous masters complete with a jetted tub and separate shower. Two of the bedrooms share a Jack-and-Jill bathroom, the other bedrooms have their own full baths. One of the unusual things about this house is that the owners had a laundry room built on the top floor (I believe we are one of only two houses with this feature in our neighborhood).

The main floor has a spacious kitchen, lots of family and dining space, including a sunroom and a Trex deck (20' by 12' with stairs to the fenced backyard). The house was designed to host an additional refrigerator and freezer along with the normal one in the kitchen. There are also laundry room attachments (never used) on the main floor in the pantry/laundry room between the kitchen and two-car garage. The garage was extended when built (an additional four feet deep to allow larger vehicles). While the garage is meant for two cars, our family had five cars while we lived there. Our kids parked on the street in front of the house.

Walk-out basement is mostly finished, with a finished Game Room, Den, Rec Room, Bonus Room, and another full bath. One of the basement closets was also wired for laundry room hookups in case a future owner wanted to create a basement apartment. Lots of unfinished space for storage available too.

Extras include a fenced backyard, a Trex deck, solar panels (in 2021, installers also reinforced roof at that time), blinds throughout the house (included), new fans and fixtures in many rooms, new flooring in the basement and upstairs laundry room, refinished wood flooring throughout the house, and a sprinkler system for the yard.

Pictures were taken in between the first and second floor refinishing, which is why stuff is out on the main floor and blue tape is available. Renovations should be completed by August 22, at which point new pictures will be posted.

Other than the carpet in several rooms, the house is in great condition. Depending upon the preference of the buyer, the carpet in those rooms will either be replaced or an allowance will be given to the buyers.
