Private, sun-filled main level furnished apartment in my house. Great neighborhood one mile from downtown Falls Church City with shops and restaurants 2 blocks away. The apartment is in my house with shared walls using the front door as a separate and private entrance. My space is a large addition on the back of the house and upstairs. The apartment is bright with nice windows and views. 2 bedrooms, comfortable living room and dining room. Kitchen has all the equipment you need to enjoy cooking a meal and if you need anything else, just text me, if I have it I'm usually happy to loan it . There is a single unit washer/dryer in the kitchen so you can set it and come home to dry clothes.

All utilities, linens, and basics like soaps and toilet paper will be there to get you started. I have a cleaning service once every 3weeks to surface clean the apartment and my home. I'll coordinate timing with you. No smoking of any kinds and no pets.

The neighborhood is very walkable to parks, restaurants, etc. and very easy access to roads into and around Washington DC , 495 beltway, 66, Rt. 50,. In between Reagan National and Dulles airports. The Inova Fairfax Medical Campus is a quick ten minute drive.

Parking is on one side of my driveway or on the street. I have an old, quiet, small, hairless dog and he will not have access to the apartment. There is one common door from the apartment to the rest of the house that stays closed and locked.
