Beautiful split level home in quiet neighborhood with mature trees and no through traffic near house. Description on Zillow gives a good idea, but the sqft is incomplete as it doesn't include the lower level. Several updates since pics on Zillow including: Roof over front porch area, landscaping of slope in backyard for easier maintenance, commercial-style pull-down faucet with sensor in kitchen, removed redundant stairwell to provide pantry on kitchen level and storage closet in foyer, installation of dog door and utility sink in laundry room, and cabinet re-placement in kitchen to provide a more open feel. Also, downstairs master and office space have been painted to provide a different mood than the previous dark green.

There are two master bedrooms, one on the upper level and one on the entry level, both with ensuite bathrooms. The master on the entry level could be turned into a gathering room very easily. Working fireplaces on two levels.

The patio furniture and the propane grill come with the house. Fully fenced backyard - fence is just under 6ft tall. The landscape of the backyard provides natural privacy.

One of my favorite things is that the house is within a five minute walk to two different nature trails. If so inclined, you could walk one of the trails to Picket Road and be at Safeway in the Fair City shopping plaza within about 35 mins of leaving the house.

There is a garage, but it is fairly narrow (built for smaller cars). Recommend parking in the driveway.
