Our fully-equipped kitchen includes a dishwasher, a microwave, a coffee station, a full-sized fridge, and all the kitchen essentials you need. Each living room has been equipped with plenty of cozy seating areas and workspaces.

We live in the master suite, and we are renting the five other bedrooms in our home. We usually have about 5 people living here (including myself and my husband in the master), with two to three of them being on shorter 3-month leases as they are traveling professionals. We try to find introverted roomies that keep to themselves, so our house is usually very quiet. Rest assured that we always make sure that all of the residents are very respectful and accommodating of everyone’s work schedules and personal spaces. Our home is large enough (<2600 sq ft) that noise doesn’t travel easily beyond the walls of your private space.

Our ideal roommate would be someone who are: -Respectful: Someone who respects personal space, privacy, and the shared living environment. -Clean and Tidy: A person who maintains cleanliness in shared spaces and their own room, and will commit to contributing to our shared weekly chores -Communicative: Open to discussing any issues or concerns that may arise and communicates professionally. Exhibits maturity in handling conflicts and everyday responsibilities. -Considerate: Aware of others’ schedules, noise levels, and habits, and takes them into account. -Employed or Student: Having a stable job or being a student can indicate reliability and a structured lifestyle. -Open to Agreements: Willing to sign a roommate agreement outlining expectations and responsibilities. -Provide References: of one previous landlord or at least one previous roommate

We also have a VERY strong preference for folks with security clearances as most of the residents here poses a security clearance.
