Your private bath is equally well-appointed. Small laundry room with full size machines. Nearly spotless white carpet throughout (shoes have almost never touched it, and I ask that my renters live that way, too.). The entire unit has been completely remodeled and furnished with pieces I love. The rental price includes 2x/mo light housekeeping by my trusted caretaker.

Secure, friendly, quite, conveniently located only minutes from HWY 395, and only 2 miles from the Mark Center in Alexandria; 7.5 miles to Ft. Myer in Arlington.

Van Dorn Street Metro Station = 1.3 miles. Pentagon Station = 6mi, but bus to this station is in front of condo building. Most commuters to DC use the bus, but parking is available at both stations. Inova Alexandria hospital is 1.2 miles.
