  I strongly recommend Realtor Ms. Nancy Higgins to any and all in the market for a residence in Virginia or Maryland. Nancy helped me buy a very nice condo in Bethesda in July, 2021 which has since appreciated in value. This was not a simple purchase. I entered the market in early 2020 when I was renting in Rosslyn and looking for a condo either in Rosslyn or Bethesda for myself and an Afghan, now an American, who had been my tutor in Kabul. We were looking at condos ranging in price from the high 100Ks to mid 300Ks. I really depended upon Nancy ’s evaluation of the properties we looked at. She saw many things that I did not, and I always agreed with her evaluation when I saw the property as she did. She even warned me off one which at first I thought was a good deal because she did not trust the owner who was asking for a delay in finalizing the purchase while he accommodated a renter. She is extremely hard working. Weekends and evenings, she drove me around Arlington and up to Bethesda. She was the soul of patience and persevered even when once I effectively stood her up by mistaking the back entrance of a building for its front. Despite having looked at ten properties at least, our search in 2020 did not yield anything I felt I would be happy with. Nancy accepted this judgement gracefully, and our collaboration ended. I continued to follow online announcements of availability, and when I saw the announcement for the place I now own for the high 400Ks, I emailed Nancy, and we were seamlessly back in the game. She inspected the condo and pointed out a rusting pipe to the building engineer who had it replaced. She then helped me through the mortgage process with PenFed who made a mistake in calculating 20% of the purchase price and did not show up at closing with the correct papers. I could not have been happier with her support!

  Nancy was phenomnal in finding us a rental during a cross country PCS. She droce to several homes that we were interested in and compiled indigenes and photographs to assist us in making a decision site-unseen. She was diligent, and very straight forward with her observations and recommendations and steered us away from a couple of options that appeared better in photographs than they truly were in person. She included information that was above the call of duty, such as our daily commute to the Pentagon from the homes we were viewing , crime statistics for each, ans well as utilities etc. Nancy was wheel and found us a rental home that fit our needs for 3 years and when we were ready to retire and make a purchase, she was here to support us as well. This agent invests the time and energy to truly have your back. From one military family to another, you cannot go wrong with Nancy.
