The washer and dryer are located in the unfinished part of the basement. The convenient powder room off the kitchen has a freshly painted existing vanity. There is a door that leads directly to the backyard. Lovely original hardwood floors including the bedrooms. The primary bedroom is quite large with a walk-in closet. The other two bedrooms are comfortable sizes. The full piece bathroom has a refurbished penny tile floor and a new vanity. A brand-new bath surround was installed this summer (not reflected in the photos). The spacious second floor landing provides nice division between the rooms. The fireplace is decorative only. The four-season sunroom with glass Frech doors is probably my favorite room in the house! I have seen it used as an art studio, playroom, office, and reading room. Heat is oil. Renter's insurance, strong credit, references, and exit cleaning fee required. A pet may be considered. The yard is fully fenced in with a side deck perfect for that early morning coffee retreat or a relaxing sitting area to gather for dinner and drinks. There is off-street parking, however, the driveway is grass and not ideal for inclement weather particularly when it snows. The garage can be used for a small car. A new roof was recently put on the garage. Lawn care is included. In walking distance of Easton's Beach and the Cliff Walk. Short walk to downtown Newport and the shortest car ride to the Navy Base.
