We have a home with three bedrooms and two baths. We're only interested in renting one bedroom, but the house will be unoccupied for most of the time. I live part-time in an attached studio with separate entrance and its own bedroom. However, the kitchen will be shared. I am in Florida for part of the winter, so there will be months when I am not here.
A couple is welcome, but this home may be best for a single person. With other open rooms, visitors are welcome for short stays, especially when I am in Florida. A small fee for guests will apply to offset expenses.
There is limited off-street parking, and some lawn space for outside congregation. Home is ideal for geo-bachelor.
Our house is small and pleasantly furnished. The neighborhood is peaceful and close to the town with several great restaurants and other necessary stores. There is an historically strong presences of military families in Jamestown and it's within a 15-20 minute commute to most areas of the Navy campus in Middletown, Rhode Island.
I am disabled 60 y.o. reliant upon a wheelchair. I hold a relatively normal and consistent schedule and seldom entertain.
