This home is a great place for a small family who loves peace, tranquil, quiet, and a little fishing in the side. Our home does not have a private dock or pier, but water access is easy if you have a kayak or SUP. There is a boat ramp about a mile away to launch your boat. Marshallberg is located about 15 minutes from the quaint town of Beaufort. Cherry Point is a 30 minute drive. Cape Lookout is a 15 minute boat ride. Atlantic Beach is a 30 minute drive. Downeast Elementary and Middle school are only two miles from the home. East Carteret High School is a 14 minute drive. The home comes furnished with a washer and dryer. Utilities and WiFi cost about $200 a month.
