  I was in a crunch for time to find a place to live. I contact Tammy on a Thursday evening and by that Saturday I was pre-approved and on the hunt with Tammy. We had a very extensive search and viewed no less than 20 homes until we found "the one." When there were homes that I was interested in, Tammy was quick to give me all of the information I needed to make the right decision. There was a home that had solar panels that left us with many questions. Tammy called the solar panel company herself and got a ton of information. She also called other realtors and friends that dealt with solar panels before to get information on the company itself. Additionally, when it came to making an offer Tammy was quick and in constant communication with the sellers realtor putting out the feelers. I'd highly recommend utilizing Tammy if you need to buy a home! If and when we sell, I'll use her to list my home too!

Her local knowledge was great, super responsive to phone/email/text, she offered to go to places for us and take pictures or video-call us a walk through to save us a long drive. She smoothly set up appointments to see several houses in a single trip, and quickly honed into our likes and dislikes to help point out potential homes.
