The first floor has a large living room with high ceilings, game/storage cabinets, couch, chair, entertainment center and TV. The kitchen has a gas stove/oven, plenty of cabinets and shelving, an island with built in wine fridge and a half bath is located at the rear of the home. Basement also has ample storage space. We also left some mirrors down there if you want to hang them somewhere.
Home was built in 1880 and completely redone in 2019.
Walking distance from Camden Yards, MT&T Stadium, Pig Town, and the South Baltimore Brewing District.
Longer walk or short ride from Inner Harbor, Locust Pointe, Aquarium, Fed Hill, and Fells Pointe.
Conveniently located less than 5 minutes from both 295 and 90. Typically took me about 20-25 minutes to get to base. Incredibly easy commute.
Was our residence when stationed there. Excellent up and coming neighborhood and location. The park has monthly concerts/happy hours/events, nearby Hollins Market just finished being renovated, and a new grocery store opened just a few blocks away in Mount Claire.
All bills included includes, gas, water, electric, and internet. An alarm system is also installed and can transferred to tenant if interested.
Only two houses and a church on our side of the street, so parking is almost always available. It can get a little squirrely on Sunday though.
