We have 2 parking spaces one inside the garage on one off-street space in the driveway just out front. There is private laundry room and folding area attached to garage. We have a bus stop close by (Route 4) and we use Uber and Lyft.

We're also with walking distance of BIKI - Honolulu's bike sharing system. We also have a full-service kitchen/dining and living room area that seats 8.

We also have a “beach kit” with beach towels, suntan lotions, and coolers - just grab it and hit the surf! Plenty of room in our garage for surfboards, bikes, baby gear, and luggage. Both of your hosts are fully vaccinated!

This unit is part of a small HOA - a copy of the House Rules will be provided to tenants upon move in. Please show your ALOHA to our neighbors by reviewing and adhering to them - any questions we’re always just a text/phone call away.

We're a "no-smoking" household however we'll make allowances for outdoor smoking within the designated area - we request that you please pace the butts in the receptacles provided - we'll have some chairs so you can sit & enjoy Cleaning and linen laundry will be taken care of by us - all other laundry is self-serve (included in booking price).

We have easy access to the Honolulu Convention Center, Tripler Army Hospital, Hickam AFB and Pearl Harbor Queens Hospital and Straub Clinic and Hospital as well as the Kapiolani Women's Center.

Rent includes all utilities, fully furnished and equipped for temporary living until long term housing can be secured or we can offer the place for a flexible lease option for military/government workers PCSing. Both my wife and I are vets and know the unique needs of military family.

Streaming apps and WiFi are also available. Unit has exterior video monitoring that comes with security system. Before lease is finalized, property will made available for touring and you’ll meet me in person to finalize lease details and arrange for security deposit, first month’s rent and key turn over.

**We are a per friendly property with some limitations. Our HOA stipulates that maximum of pets at 25 lbs. each with pet deposit of $500. Any damage above wear and tear will be assessed against security deposit.

**Proof of renters insurance must be furnished with security deposit.
