Military housing at Camp Frank D. Merrill is privatized and managed in conjunction with privatized housing at Fort Moore. Housing at Fort Moore is made up of pre-existing, new and renovated homes in seven different villages with a variety of floor plans to accommodate families of different sizes. There are less units available at Camp Merrill in Dahlonega, GA as the active contingent stationed there is rather small. Call for waiting list times, or check out nearby houses for sale or rent.
