The property is located within the community of Granada Estates, which is a Homeowner's Association (HOA). The HOA requires credit and background checks for all occupants 18 years and older for $100.00 per person. The lease signer ONLY MUST have a minimum credit score of 625. However, the HOA waives all credit and background check requirements for active-duty military personnel.

The landlord will pay the HOA Monthly Maintenance Fee (MMF) of $120.00 and the (HOA) lease deposit of $500.00.

The landlord requests that the monthly rent payment of $4,000.00 be paid by Automatic Clearing House (ACH), Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT), or allotment.
