Primary Bedroom/Bathroom - A king-size bed, A 55" Roku TV, a ceiling fan, 2 lamps, blackout curtains, 2 nightstands, a big dresser and a very large walk-in closet. A connecting full bathroom with a nice wide soaking tub, a shower, a medicine cabinet, towels. A spare Twin-size mattress and a foldable bed with mattress and bedding in the walk-in closet.
Secondary Bedroom/Bathroom - A queen-size bed, A 55" Roku TV, a ceiling fan, 2 lamps, blackout curtains, 2 nightstands, closet. A full bathroom with a shower, a medicine cabinet, towels.
Kitchen - The kitchen has a granite countertop and is fully stocked with everything you need to cook at home including baby feeding cups and utensils. A Keurig coffee machine with a variety of coffee and tea pods. The open floor plan allows the visibility of the dining room and the living room from the kitchen. The shelf has olive oil, basic salt, pepper and assortment of basic spices.
Dining / Living Area - A comfortable couch, a ceiling fan and a 65" Roku TV to relax at the end of the day. There are also board games on the console table. Washer / dryer inside the house.
Exterior / Community Pier: Fenced-in backyard. Attached one-car garage with space for storage. 4 additional parkings on the drive way. One Ring cameras above the front door outside and above the back door outside. A community pier on the sound is in the walking distance right in the development. The community bay comes with picnic tables, chairs, grill and a fire pit. The neighborhood also comes with 2 parks for children.
Things to Note:
- We welcome all renters as long as no pets and non-smokers!
- House is fully decorated, fully furnished. Please do not move or remove our decors and furniture. They must remain where they are through the entire stay.
-There will be a one-time cleaning fee of $350 due with the last rent.
