I own the condo we'll share in North Redondo Beach, Hermosa adjacent and just off Aviation.You will have an unfurnished primary bedroom (approx 13'x14') with a private bath, access to the kitchen as well as the deck BBQ, laundry and a shared private garage for your car. Your room has plenty of light, space and a large walk in closet too. The room can accommodate a king/cal king bed, dresser, and desk.

I'm looking for a MALE who is clean, orderly, and reliable...one who doesn't do drugs (including 420) and will be considerate of my property and possessions. I have a small dog who is very sweet and will love you. You have no responsibility toward him other than to treat him with respect and kindness. I handle everything for him. He is not a barker and is playful and is quiet if I am not home.

Some conditions of the lease agreement: no parties or pets, and rent will be $1500/month payable on the 1st of every month. It will include utilities (water, electricity, heat, gas, trash) and wifi. No EV charging available. A security deposit of $1800 will be needed to guarantee your place once we agree to be roommates.
