A little bit about me:
I am an active duty marine officer in my 40s. I am very kind, respectful.

I take my health seriously and often leave for the gym around 5.30am and like to do something fun / active outdoors in the afternoons and on weekends.
I am a bit of a clean freak, in the best ways. I will always keep the unit neat and clean, I would expect a roommate to do the same, in the common areas at least.

The room is available as of November 1st with 1 month's rent and 1 month's deposit.

If we decide we are a fit and you would like to move in, you will need to be vetted by the estate agency and put on the lease.
